Criminal Arrest Warrants

I cannot urge you enough, if you have been scammed by Darien, Dare or Craig Small to take your cased to your local police department. Insist that a CRIMINAL arrest warrant, not a civil warrant, or bench judgments, be issued. Make sure that the warrant is entered into the National Crime Information System.

Criminal warrants will ensure Darien, regardless of what state he is in, will be arrested if he ever has an encounter with police.

I still urge you to file civil judgments to get your money back. The more outstanding warrants he has, the more likely he will get what he deserves.

This was from a user in 2007:

"I cannot urge you enough to go to your CRIMINAL magistrate court in your hometown and take out a criminal arrest warrant for Darien Small if he has ripped you off for more than $500.00, which qualifies as a felony charge.

We went to our Fulton County courthouse and filed civil arrest warrants - we were thorough, took our time, asked a lot of questions of all the departments, and were STILL never told that there were two different magistrate courts - one for civil and one for criminal - because we were not asking the right questions. Apparently, in a civil court of law, they cannot just go arrest someone to face civil charges, but in a criminal court of law, they can, if it's a felony. Well, we had a party in our group who could have filed for a criminal arrest warrant because he was cheated out of $800.00. Despite our plea to the clerk of courts, we were not told we could go right down the hall and file for his immediate arrest. We were told, however, we could file for an application for a civil arrest warrant, which would get Darien Small subpoenaed. Of course, as soon as the subpoena is issued, Small would disappear from GA never to be heard from again. Even explaining this to the court, they did not care and did not offer us any other options.

Go file now! This is why - a Sheriff from Walton County (near Fulton where we filed the application for a civil arrest warrant) called me after seeing our news cast about Darien Small that ran late last week. He stated that he could go pick up Small and arrest him right now if there were any criminal arrest warrants out for him. I explained what happened when we went to the courts, and he said NO! Go back and file a CRIMINAL arrest warrant, which we were originally told we could not do.

So we are trying to get our party who can bring him up on criminal charges to get down there and file it today, but the likelihood that he'll get there before 5 is slim (we got the call at 3:45 p.m.). This Deputy that called claims he has info that Dare is going to split by tonight.

So, Dare has won again because we were fed bad information by not only the police, but by the Magistrate Court and DA's office as well.

So don't let this happen to you - go file your criminal arrest warrant and keep track of Small's whereabouts. Once he enters into your county again, call the police and have him picked up with your criminal arrest warrant.
