Small was defenitly a professor at ITT in Owings Mills MD. He taught introduction to computers and didn't seem like he knew it well.

I found an old class paper

I found an old class paper giving his email as inquiry4@gmail.com and his phone number as 443-394-7115. This was about 2 years ago and I dont know if they are still used. I hope this helps someone.
