Nancy Aram
Me and a friend tried to rent a place from him and he told us to write our check out to her Nancy Aram or we could deposit money in her bank of america account because we were out of state. He said if we wanted to secure the place to go ahead and do that if we wanted him to hold the place that was the last one available and it was by the university. On univeristy parkway. He said that she was actually the owner and he just help her rent the places. He emailed me the lease and Nancy name was on the lease.

It doesn't look like it was a full plea, I think there were just several motions, one of them was just notifying the defendance of the POLICY to plea, the other was they are still looking for a joint trial for Darien and this Nancy Aram person he seems to be affiliated with.

Does anyone have any information regarding Nancy Aram whom the state is trying to prosecute along with Darien? Joint trial? I'm a very good friend of hers and I am knowledgable about the situation. She was actually scammed along with everyone else. From my understanding, she worked for this Darien guy for a short time, and he used her, without her knowledge, to set up some scams and put her name on some things to protect himself. It was basically a case of identity theft. Now on top of her facing all kinds of civil cases, she's apparently being charged by the state for criminal matters. It's ludicrous and sickening. We are very concerned and scared about what's going to happen to her. It's a shame that she's been mixed up with this and she's a victim of Darien Small who's being treated like an accomplice and criminal. And we've been trying to get some information about her charges, and what's going on, what charges she's facing, what evidence the state has, etc., but the state isn't helpful and won't say anything. Now she has to pay for an attorney and deal with all this bullshit and this attorney so far doesn't seem too helpful either. Just wondering if anyone that has been following this case closely has information about what's going on or if anyone has any advice on what to do. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Oh please... Birds of a feather flock together.... BY do a simple search of Nancy Aram nam in the MAryland case seach (google it) and u will see what I mean... I was cheated my money from him and her and seriously, I would follow this case until the end...

Do you even know what you are talking about? Trust me, I've seen a lot. "Birds of a feather flock together"? Is that really going to be your argument? Do you even know any of the facts behind the case? Do you know her at all? Do you know anything at all other than a few words written on google? I'm not going to pretend I know everything about the case, but I do know her side very well. I've seen a lot of the stuff and quite honestly I don't even know how the State can go after her. He's a scum bag, no doubt. He has a history of doing this and it's pretty clear that he's a scam artist. However, she's actually a innocent girl who's only crime was being naive and trusting the scum bag who completely took advantage of her. He has destroyed her life by using her name in scams, unknowingly to her. That's the key. She didn't even know. He used her name, set up accounts in her name, forged her signature, etc. Basically identity theft. Do you have any idea what it's like to be innocent and find out you are alleged in being involved in all these crimes perpetrated by someone else? Do you know how much money, time and energy is expended in trying to clear your name, by no fault of your own? She's probably the biggest victim in all of this and it really makes me lose faith in our criminal justice system.

Oh please, I met her before. She and Craig drove me to the place where they allegedly "let me rent". She sounded like she knew him well and they were close .
I don't care whether it is really her being cheated by him or not (now she can always claim that. No doubt). It's her personal issue. All I care is I was cheated by Craig and Nancy. And I wasn't the only victim. They pushed us students to the edge.
For all they did to us, they deserve to be convicted for some crimes.
How do we get in on the lawsuit?
Do you know anything about how we could get in on the lawsuit to provide support to get him locked up longer and maybe even receive something in the settlement (if there is anything)?
